1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tutcart, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Platform Description

Tutcart is an invite-only platform connecting verified tutors with students. We maintain high standards through our TutVerify process and selective onboarding.

3. Tutor Requirements

As a tutor on Tutcart, you agree to:

  • Complete the TutVerify process including ID and video verification
  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
  • Deliver quality education services as advertised
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through TutPay with T+1 settlement. Founding tutors receive special fee structures as outlined in their invitation.

5. Privacy & Safety

We take privacy and safety seriously. All interactions are monitored for quality and safety, especially for minor students through our TutTrack system.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Tutcart reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
