1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tutcart Affiliate & Referral Program ("Program"). These terms govern your participation in our Program, operated by ROFL Technologies Private Limited ("Tutcart," "we," "us"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Program Overview

Earn commissions by referring new students and tutors to Tutcart. Get unique tracking links, monitor your referrals, and receive monthly payouts for successful conversions.

2. Eligibility

Who Can Join

  • Individuals 18 years or older
  • Registered businesses and entities
  • Content creators, bloggers, and influencers
  • Educational institutions and organizations
  • Existing Tutcart users (students and tutors)

Who Cannot Join

  • Individuals under 18 years of age
  • Previously terminated affiliates
  • Competitors or their employees
  • Residents of sanctioned countries

3. Program Enrollment

Application Process

  1. Submit application through our affiliate portal
  2. Provide accurate personal/business information
  3. Agree to these Affiliate Terms
  4. Await approval (typically 3-5 business days)
  5. Receive unique affiliate ID and tracking links

We reserve the right to reject applications at our sole discretion without providing reasons.

5. Commission Structure

💰 Commission Rates

Student Referral:10% of first 3 months' spend
Tutor Referral:5% of tutor's first 6 months' earnings
Bonus Tiers:Up to 15% for high performers

⚠️ Commission Conditions

  • Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded transactions
  • Refunded transactions result in commission clawback
  • Fraudulent referrals forfeit all commissions
  • Commission rates may change with 30 days' notice

6. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • Frequency: Monthly (by 15th of following month)
  • Minimum Payout: ₹1,000 (or $25 for international)
  • Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, PayPal (international)
  • Currency: INR for India, USD for international

Payment Holds

Payments may be held for: verification purposes, suspected fraud, pending refund periods (30 days), or incomplete tax documentation.

7. Tax Obligations

⚠️ Your Tax Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all taxes on affiliate earnings
  • Provide valid PAN (India) or tax ID (international)
  • GST registration may be required if turnover exceeds threshold
  • TDS will be deducted as per Indian tax law
  • We will provide necessary tax documents (Form 16A, etc.)

8. Promotional Guidelines

Approved Promotion Methods

  • Personal blogs and websites
  • Social media (with proper disclosure)
  • Email marketing (to your own opt-in list)
  • YouTube and video content
  • Educational forums and communities

Disclosure Requirements

You MUST clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions. Use phrases like "affiliate link," "I may earn a commission," or "#ad" as appropriate. This is required by FTC guidelines and Indian advertising standards.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referrals: Referring yourself or fake accounts
  • Spam: Unsolicited emails, messages, or comments
  • Paid ads on brand terms: Bidding on "Tutcart" keywords
  • False claims: Misleading statements about Tutcart
  • Cookie stuffing: Forcing cookies without user action
  • Incentivized clicks: Paying for clicks or sign-ups
  • Adult/illegal content: Promoting on inappropriate sites
  • Trademark abuse: Domain names containing "Tutcart"

10. Brand Usage

Trademark Guidelines

  • Use only approved logos and creatives from our affiliate portal
  • Do not modify Tutcart logos or branding
  • Do not imply endorsement or partnership beyond affiliate status
  • Do not register domain names containing "Tutcart"
  • Do not create fake Tutcart social media accounts

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us. Earned commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out in the next payment cycle.

Termination by Tutcart

We may terminate your participation immediately for: policy violations, fraud, inactivity (12+ months), or at our discretion. Fraudulent activity results in forfeiture of all pending commissions.

12. Liability & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tutcart against any claims arising from your promotional activities. Tutcart's liability is limited to unpaid commissions owed to you. We are not liable for technical issues, tracking errors, or third-party actions affecting your referrals.

13. Program Modifications

Tutcart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Changes to commission rates will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
